Government Officials Will Make an Appearance at Our Summer Programs

Volcano Scouting is extremely fortunate to partner with organizations like the USDA Forest Service and Mount St. Helens Institute who graciously provide educational and recreational volunteers at our summer programs. These knowledgeable experts will make their second annual appearance to our Merit Badge Weekend this June 2-4 at the Science and Learning Center, as well as our August 17-19 Hornaday Adventure Camp. They will engage with our participants in educational presentations, STEM research, and guided programs in and around the Science and Learning Center. Thank you to all our past, present, and future outdoor professional volunteers. Details about these volunteer appearances and merit badge/award requirements will be released in late May.
